The rule on every page is simple: a claim without an artifact does not ship. If a builder breaks at step four, that is the story, not something to smooth over.

How the work happens
Every builder gets the same brief, the same checks and the same week. The building is done inside the tool, step by step; the checks run afterwards against the deployed result. Timings and credit usage are read from the account, not estimated.
If a run cannot be completed, it is published as a failure. A missing result is a result.
